Entry to the Emsworth Arts Trail - 25, 26 April | 2, 3, 4 May 2026. Please read the artists guidance before completing this form. PLEASE SPEND TIME CHECKING THE DETAILS OF YOUR ENTRY AND IMAGES.  CHANGES WILL NEED TO BE CHARGED IF YOU DECIDE TO AMEND OR CHANGE ANYTHING AFTER YOU SUBMIT YOUR FORM. All artists taking part in the trail need to have their own artists liability insurance for the duration of the trail. If your insurance expires before the trail you must renew it.
Each year businesses in Emsworth help us promote the Arts Trail by “adopting” an artist. They display a piece of artwork from their adopted artist, along with a biography, artist number and trail guides. The “adopt” displays go up a few weeks before the arts trail, and the adopted artist is responsible for ensuring their business is kept topped up with Trail Guides.
A key part of publicising the trail is putting up estate agent boards with Arts Trail dates and publicity throughout the local area. If you live in (or very near) Emsworth and could host a board, please do. Or perhaps you have a relative or close friend on a main thoroughfare that could host a board The boards will be put up a few weeks before the trail, you do not need to do anything other than provide your address.
