Artist’s Statement
Bex produces bespoke acrylic paintings taking inspiration from the local coastal landscapes and incorporating a vibrant use of colour and texture. When she isn’t busy with the paint brush, she will be buzzing away on her sewing machine. Taking old sails and creating stylish, bespoke up-cycled bags.
During the pandemic, Bex launched a Baby/Toddler clothing range Silly Seabass Kids. Designed for busy little ones, each item is easy to wear and comfortable. The dungarees, Harem pants and Tops are generally designed to be unisex with options of different coloured cuffs. These are made to order using British Organic Cotton Jersey.
