Dear Artists, Designers and Makers
I do hope you’ve had a brilliant summer, the wonderful sunshine has certainly helped. Now, as the days get shorter, thoughts turn to the excitement of planning The Emsworth Arts Trail 2019!
The committee have already held their first two meetings to look at the 2019 Trail. The calendar has been planned, the Trail Guide and finances have been considered and we now invite you to join us for our first really important Full Meeting at:
The Assembly Room, The Emsworth Community Centre, North Street, PO10 7DD
Monday 3rd December 2018
Doors open at 7.45pm Meeting starts promptly at 8.00pm
As usual we will endeavour to keep the meeting short and informative, keeping you up to date with any changes. The agenda will arrive in your inbox on 19th November 2018 and you will be able to pick up the all important calendar of Meetings and Deadlines on the night. Please make ever effort to attend our Full Meetings as it not only leads to the smooth running of the trail but is also a great opportunity to meet up with fellow Trailers. Thank you.
If you are unable to attend but would like to be involved in 2019 please make sure you inform Barbara Jones by the 1st December [email below] to ensure that you are on ‘the list’. Likewise if you have received this email and you will not be taking part it will be useful to know. Please read the minutes of all our meetings, sent out by Barbara within days, as they give you all the information you need to keep up to date.
Before committing yourself to joining us please take time to read through the Guidance for Artists and Terms of Agreement, even if you have taken part before.
If you are new to the Trail and haven’t made contact with me, please do so before the 3rd December (email below) to let me know your specialism and proposed venue. This is important as we wouldn’t wish to waste your time attending the meeting if your particular creativity doesn’t quite fit the ethos of the Trail. Thank you.
I really look forward to seeing you on the 3rd December 2018.
Very best wishes
Carol Price, Chairman firstname.lastname@example.org
